SHIPPING and IN STORE PICK-UP POLICIES

ONLINE methods of payment include: Paypal, Master, and Visa Cards

ONSITE methods of payment include: We accept all methods of payment including credit cards and payment upon door-to-door delivery

  1. Shipping/Delivery and In store Pick-Up

General Information:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
  • At the moment we offer Canada wide shipping only; we do not ship internationally.
  • Shipping/delivery times will depend on your location and chosen method of shipping. 
  • Please note, we DO NOT ship out any orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. 
  • The courier we use is Canada Post.
  • We DO NOT ship any alcohol, acetone, monomer, or any other flammable liquids or products.

Onsite Orders:

  • Onsite orders for shipping or delivery is intended only for salon/business owners.
  • A minimum of $300.00CA worth of purchased goods to be qualified for free delivery in the GTA.
  • Orders for delivery may take up to two weeks to be received due to high volume of deliveries, processing time, as well as location.
  • Orders for shipping will be received depending on location as well as chosen method of shipping.
  • Orders regarding any spa furniture (spa chairs, mani tables, reception desks, etc.), may take up to 3 months to be delivered.

Online Orders: Shipping

  • Our courier is Canada Post.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday during store hours. 
  • We do not ship out online orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Thus, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed before 2pm EST may be processed and shipped out that same day, with the exception of Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
  • For customers who opt for 1 Day shipping, please note that your order will be shipped out within 24 hours, NOT that you receive it the next following day after placing an order.
  • For any item(s) out of stock we will issue a refund for the out of stock item(s) and continue to process and ship out the rest of the order.
  • If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us via email within a 24 hour period since order placement.
  • If there are any irregularities or issues with your order, please contact us ASAP so that we may work towards a solution.

Online Orders: In store Pick-up

  • Please wait for confirmation (usually by phone call) before coming to pick up your order
  • We will need to see the confirmation email before we can give you your order

 

Online Orders status following COVID 19:

Please note that we have new policies added down below following the current pandemic, COVID 19. All other policies as stated above are still in effect.

Due to our irregular working hours, orders will take longer than usual to be processed and shipped, calls may be missed, and emails may take longer to be replied to. We sincerely ask for your understanding regarding this matter, thank you.

In store Pick-up:

  • In store pick up times are from 12-3pm EST.
  • PLEASE wear a face mask and gloves when you come to pick up your order otherwise we will refuse service.
  • Please allow for 1-2 days for us to process your order before pick up.
  • We will call you when your order is ready for pick up, please do not come to pick up until we call you

Shipping:

  • Due to irregular working hours, orders will take longer than usual to be processed and shipped
  • We advise all customers to opt for the cheapest shipping method that is provided by our courier, Canada Post (which will depend on location), as we do not know how long shipping will actually take due to COVID 19
