The Non-Wipe Matte Top Gelcoat won’t alter the gel ink underneath or leave a milky film on top of the nail. This Gel also can be used as a base coat for Artisté Artink colors. The new Non-Wipe Matte Top Gelcoat is the same soft-gel formula that leaves your nails fresh for up to 4+ weeks
